The highly flexible system can grow along with your business to provide all the capabilities you will need. RC3 automates any concrete batch plant, from any manufacturer. This includes plants with two mixers, and even wet/dry plants with simultaneous discharge from the central and dry sides.
For existing RexCon customers who own a T1800 control, RexCon offers a money saving retrofit kit which allows you to have almost all the features of a new RC3.
RexCon is one of the few concrete batch plant manufacturer which builds and supports their own controls in-house. The RC3 lets you manage all aspects of the batching process, including batch formula, batch size, admixtures, and slump. Robust reporting capabilities track every detail of your plant’s operations, including individual jobs and equipment, product inventory, and usage.

Since all the data files in RC3 are based on Microsoft Access, the data can be accessed and modified by almost all PC-based data management software including: Oracle, Paradox, File Maker Pro., Excel, etc. This along with back ups can be accomplished via a network, modem or USB flash drive.
The system allows this data access to occur even while the operator is engaged in batching without compromising speed, quality or data integrity. Microsoft Access based files facilitate interfacing RC3 to any dispatching, ERP accounting, or GPS tracking software.
