Regardless of size, date or make, all batch plants eventually require renovation. Whether standard or custom designed, RexCon offers the fabricated components you need to match your batch plant.

RexCon Silos:

12' diameter round silos are available in 550, 750, and 1050 bbl. capacities, with either single or dual compartments.

L-bins also available from 1400 to 2900 bbls, with 3 to 6 compartments.

Optional equipment includes support structures, maintenance platforms, ladders/cages, fill pipes and screw conveyors.

RexCon Aggregate Bins:

Replacement bins are available from 25 to 425 ton capacities, and 3 to 8 compartments. Purchase bins separately or as complete assemblies with gates and cylinders.

AR steel and polyurethane liners on sloped sides reduces wear and extends lifetime.

Turnheads or flip chutes to complete your material handling needs are optional.

RexCon Batchers

Cement and aggregate batchers. Complete assemblies or purchase fabricated components separately.
