Model S Portable Paving Plant with horizontal mixer.

The Super 70 is the Indiana Dept. of Transportation's (INDOT) multi-million dollar reconstruction of I-70 between the north split of I-65 (downtown Indianapolis) and the east leg of I-465. Approximately 262,000 cubic yards of concrete.

Aggregate Bin Trailer

• 135 Ton, 3-compartment reversible aggregate bin
• Central grease manifold for roll pins
• Ladder and cage to walkway on bin wall
• High level bin signals and moisture probes

Base Trailer

• 12 yd. aggregate batcher with load cells.
• 48" wide batch belt with 50 HP drive
• Also inc. 20 HP IR air compressor, 15 HP water system, and 5000 gallon water storage tank, and 3 HP aeration blower

Cement Trailer

• 600 bbl. (2400 cu. Ft.) gravity feed cement storage with two (2) compartments
• 12 cement batcher with load cells.
• Six (6) fill pipes (5" dia.) with manual shutoff valves
• Inc. two (2) ball valves with pipe caps (each side) for cement samples, outside ladder and cages, and radial sensors for silo level.

Tilt Mixer Trailer

• 12 yard tilt mixer with 38" drum opening and polyurethane drum liners. Two (2) 100 HP drive motors with reducers. 30 HP hydraulic pac.
• Ladder and walkway designed to access elevated dust collector.
• Lincoln lubrication system for horizontal mixer, tilt mixer and head pulley.

Horizontal Mixer
NEW direct drive 12 yd. horizontal mixer with polyurethane drum liner, AR steel liners on blades and chutes.

• RexCon RC3 Central Mix Batching Controls.
• 460 Volt power panel with starters for all RexCon supplied motors. 800 Amp main disconnect.
• C&W RA200 stationary dust collector with automatic recycle, ducting, and shroud.
• Three (3) 30" x 100' Marco Model 560-J Fold & Tow Portable Bin Feed conveyors with 14' x 14' hoppers (fold to 8' for travel).
• Low voltage floodlights on aggregate bin, cement bin, and tilt mixer.
